We’re a small Melbourne-based business and do our best to pack and ship your orders quickly and carefully.

 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During market weeks or busy periods, please allow an extra day or two.

Domestic Shipping

All parcels are sent via Australia Post using regular tracked mail.

  • Standard Shipping: $10.95 (added at checkout)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (rates vary by location)

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

💌 Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or regional areas may take longer.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside our control.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
We’re happy to assist where possible, but Kalahari Kidz cannot accept liability for delays or lost parcels due to postal errors or incorrect addresses.

🐾 Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re based in Melbourne and would prefer local pickup, please email us at kalaharikidzaus@gmail.com to arrange this before placing your order.
